As exclusive representatives of the brand Rex Rotary (Ricoh) for the Bulgarian market we supply and servicing office equipment according to the requirements and standards of the manufacturer, including consultancy of our clients for optimizing the printing costs and implementation of systems for security and control of the printing.

TIMEX-BG provides warranty (1 to 5 years) and post-warranty maintenance of office automation equipment on site and delivering of consumables to customers in all country not only for a equipment branded Rex Rotary / Ricoh, but also other brand office equipment (printers, multifunction machines).

At the team of TIMEX-BG are working key experts in the field of project management, business analysis and information and cyber security. Our employees constantly improve their skills on new technologies through on-line courses and exams, and additional certifications in the field of information technology and cyber security.

The helpdesk service at TIMEX-BG use specialized system in which recording all calls, requests for service incidents and delivery of supplies and information done by the service technician – working hours to repair the device, actions during the visit or remote session or replaced supplies and spare parts. In case the customers request it, we can provide them with comprehensive information on the history and status of their systems / software and / or hardware / which Timex-BG maintains and to give advice on optimization.
